Can we move our existing spreadsheet into Rahmah Exchange?
Yes. Send us your Excel or Google Sheet and we import your past cases, amounts, and notes during onboarding so your history is searchable from day one. This is included on every plan.
How long does setup take?
Most masajid are live within a week. We configure your application questions, add your team, and walk your caseworkers and committee through the workflow in a single one-hour session.
Can we change the questions on the application?
Yes. Your admin can add, remove, reorder, and mark questions as required, and set which documents applicants must upload, at any time, without contacting us.
Can applicants apply in languages other than English?
The application is currently available in English. Additional languages are on our roadmap; if your community needs a specific language, tell us during your demo so we can prioritize it.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data belongs to your masjid. You can export every case, document, and report at any time. After cancellation your records stay securely on file for 90 days — with reminders before anything happens — so nothing is lost if you return. After 90 days they are permanently deleted. You can also request earlier deletion at any time.
Does it handle the Ramadan surge?
Yes. Application limits are annual, not monthly, so a busy Ramadan does not push you over your plan. Applications are never blocked and nothing is billed automatically — if you reach your annual limit we notify you, and you can upgrade at any time or add an optional one-time application bundle for extra headroom.
